Description:

We are looking for a meticulous colleague for the position of Grinder.
If you have experience with grinding tools and are looking for a stable job
with an excellent bonus system, join us.

Responsibilities

Grinding: Finishing and grinding of created welds.
Surface Preparation: Regrinding visible surfaces specifically for painting/varnishing.
Work with tools: Orbital (vibration) sanders and angle grinders.

Requirements:

Experience with grinding: Using orbital sanders and angle grinders.
Personal qualities: Diligence and attention to detail.

We offer:

Stable employment and an attractive salary structure consisting of a fixed rate and generous bonuses:

Base Rate: 178 CZK/hour.
Monthly Performance Bonus: 1,000 – 13,000 CZK (based on performance).
Quarterly Bonus: 6,000 CZK (based on quality, performance, and attendance).

Surcharges:

Afternoon shift: +14 CZK/hour.
Weekend work: +25% of average earnings.
Overtime: +40% of average earnings.
