Description:

The Charitable Foundation in Prague is looking for a Deputy Director – an ideological and proactive leader who is ready to make a real contribution to the development of society.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting the Director in the strategic management and development of the foundation’s projects.
Coordinating cooperation with partners, donors, and the public.
Participating in the creation and implementation of the foundation’s growth strategy.

Requirements:

Experience in leading a team, project, or organization (experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage, but not a requirement).
Excellent organizational and communication skills. We are looking for a calm, responsible, and independent person.
Czech language proficiency at a minimum C1 level; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
