Powder Coating Line Operator

Requirements:

• Work Experience: Experience in a similar position (powder coater) is an advantage, but we are willing to consider candidates who are eager to learn.
• Technical Skills: An understanding of the powder coating process. The ability to work with a manual spray gun is a major plus.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of the Czech language at a communicative level (A2-B1) for effective team communication, and understanding of work and safety instructions.
• Responsibility and Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality control and avoid defects.

We offer:

Salary and Bonuses Total average monthly salary: 35,000 – 45,000 CZK.

It consists of:

• Base Rate: (172 CZK/hour).
• Performance Bonuses: Up to 4,000 CZK per month (the bonus amount grows exponentially with increased productivity).

  • For overtime work: +40%
