Whistleblowing Officer

Description:

An international fintech company specializing in digital assets and algorithmic trading is strengthening its focus on transparency and ethical corporate governance. In this regard, we are opening a vacancy for a Whistleblowing Officer — a specialist who will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of the internal violation reporting system.

This role requires a high level of independence, an understanding of EU regulations in the field of whistleblower protection, as well as skills in interacting with management, employees, and, where necessary, external authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the internal whistleblowing channel
• Ensure confidentiality and protect the identity of informants
• Process and document reports and conduct internal investigations
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams
• Align the program with EU directives and local legislation
• Report to senior management and regulatory bodies (as required)
