Production Technologist for Manufacturing

Description:

This role involves technology in the field of mechanical engineering, including metal machining, assembly, and the use of various materials, requiring general knowledge of mechanical engineering. Experience with automation is a significant advantage.

• The work will focus on sealing cable glands, and potentially other products later on.
• The position also covers duties of a cable products technician and a welding engineer/technologist.
• Required is a knowledge of shielded gas welding (TIG/Argon arc welding), assembly of TB2, development of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and preparation of control samples (KSS) for testing on welding material (VK), etc.
