Description:

We are looking for employees for the position of CNC Machine Operator. Your main task will be to select and run control programs for cutting and punching sheet metal. You will also be responsible for feeding material and removing finished parts, both manually and with the help of the “Night Train” automated warehouse system.

Requirements:

Experience with CNC machines is an advantage.
Ability to read technical documentation.
Ability to communicate in the Czech language (work in a Czech team).

We offer:

Total average monthly salary: CZK 35,000 – 40,000.

This amount consists of:

Base rate: (CZK 178/hour).
Performance bonuses: an average of CZK 4,800 for meeting production targets.
Quarterly professionalism bonus: CZK 6,000 (paid for meeting planned targets and having no unexcused absences).

Additional payments:

+CZK 14/hour for afternoon shifts (odpolední směna).
+CZK 10/hour for continuous shift work.
