CEO / MLCO (Money Laundering Compliance Officer)

An international fintech company, operating at the intersection of algorithmic trading and digital assets, is looking for a director to open and manage its office in the Czech Republic.

The position combines managerial and compliance functions (CEO / MLCO) and is ideal for a specialist with experience in the crypto or payments industry, a strong knowledge of EU regulations, and the readiness to represent the company’s interests before partners and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational leadership of the Czech branch
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, CFT, EU standards)
• Acting as a point of contact for local regulators and partners
• Implementing AML policies and internal controls
• Preparing reports, audits, and documentation
• Participation in license acquisition and ongoing supervision
