Description:

We are looking for a communicative and independent employee for the position of Customer Center Specialist.

What you will be doing:

  • Actively communicate with clients (new and existing) by phone and online.
  • Offer new company products and services (cross-selling and up-selling).
  • Organize and schedule business meetings for sales representatives.
  • Attract new clients and build long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A high level of independence and responsibility.
  • A proactive approach to tasks.
  • Native-level proficiency in the Czech language is a mandatory requirement.
