COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Description:

An international fintech company operating in the field of algorithmic trading and digital assets is opening a new office in the Czech Republic and is looking for an experienced COO to oversee and streamline its local operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crypto or payments infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and experience managing operational processes in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the Czech office
• Design and optimization of internal business processes
• Coordination of operational and compliance teams
• Liaison with legal, financial, and regulatory stakeholders
• Support in license applications (if applicable)
• Execution of internal policies and procedures
