Possibility to Submit a Report under Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers

Following the entry into force of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., concerning the protection of whistleblowers of unlawful conduct, from August 1, 2023, it is possible to submit reports of suspected illegal activities.

Who is entitled to submit a report?

Reports may be submitted by persons who are or have been in an employment or similar legal relationship with our company, including former and current employees. This also applies to individuals who have undergone internships, engaged in volunteer activities, or otherwise participated in the company’s work activities. Candidates for employment using or having used the services of the recruitment agency COREDO Human Resources s.r.o. also have the right to submit reports.

Reports may be submitted anonymously.

Ways to submit a report

Reports can be submitted by two main methods:

  • By email – by sending a written report to the email address: nv@coredo.jobs
  • Orally – during a personal meeting with the authorized person.
